You guy's know what's saddening? My keyblade bent. At the hilt-thing. So I can't pick it up anymore without it flopping. And it's a 2 ply cardboard core thing...and...Blah.

Here is the Keyblade before the last touch-ups and the bend

KEYBLADE! You are a genius just for making one. As for the bend, would some wire work? If you pushed it through the hilt and up into the blade, would it hold it in place?

It's bent all the way through, there would have to be some sort of wrapping...OR  Use the wire go through the blade, wrap around and back through. That will keep it from sliding down the wire and bending. You are a genius Whitey.

EDIT: Use thin wire.

It's really difficult to explain..but...gah, I can't explain it. That wouldn't work..it's a really good idea, but the way I made the keyblade...the blade is made of 4 pieces of cardboard.

What about a thin sheet of plywood to slip between the layers of the blade to stop it from bending...?
