Well... it looks like WhiteNoise and I are the only ones online due the MASSIVE time gap between the, apparent majority of, Canadians which over run this site and us peoples down in Oz... hmm... I'm quite bored and its only like 10 pm... numbers... mmmh.

Well, I'm not sure if the plains would become angry, but i'm sure the PLANE manufacturers and all the people invested in airPLANES would be fairly upset.

Considering how many people I know that fly from Manchester to London (which is an oddly high number for someone who doesn't live in England), planes would be fine. Unless of course there are snakes.

And time zones are worst when you phone people in other countries only to find they are asleep.

I hate time zones

I keep forgetting that its the same time in Florida, and my sister always calls when I'm sleeping (she lives on the west coast)

Time zones are a good thing.

If there were no time zones, then the sun would set at different times all across the world, instead of at relatively the same time, in comparison.

Even without time zones, there would still be the same problem. People need to sleep, and people generally sleep when it's dark out.

It is hard for Australians and Canadians to communicate with each other, just because Australia and Canada are really far apart.

Blame distance, not time zones.

liar... you just want two birthday parties complete with two sets of presents. and hm... why can't timezone be more accomidating... or maybe we should all just migrate to the middle of nowhere... so we can all share one time.

p.s. Timezone(the arcade) was too cool for words... and now I have like 40bux worth of fecking useless credit from there...

I disagree with the idea of reforming Pangea or Gondwana Land. For instance... nobody really wants to move and everybody would fight over where to put the bloody great thing. Plus, if an ultra-nasty, uber-contagious disease became an epidemic it would spread quite easily over the giant expanse of land and wipe everyone one out. And the beaches! Think of the about the loss of the beaches!
