Just curious about what animes people have watched that they can remember, and if they've watched them in their entirety or just parts of it. Note that this thread isn't about manga, just anime. If anyone wants to start a thread about manga, go ahead.
Personally, I've watched the following, as of December 28, 2007:
Saint Seiya (first season only).
PokÃ©mon (disconnected episodes, stopped watching it a long time ago).
Monster Ranchers (the first ten or twelve episodes, stopped watching it a long time ago).
Full Metal Alchemist (complete series).
Get Backers (complete series).
Burst Angel (complete series).
Musumet Ryuusei Sentai (first ten episodes or so).
Stratos 4 (first fifteen chapters or so).
Gantz (complete series).
Oh! Super Milk-Chan Show (complete series?).
Arjuna (one chapter, which was the final one and then it was taken off the air).
Samurai 7 (complete series).
Samurai Champloo (complete series).
Samurai X(some episodes in the middle of the plot, didn't get near the ending, cancelled before that).
Ranma 1/2 (some episodes, didn't see the beggining or the end anywhere near the broadcast).
Naruto (some episodes in the Chuunin Exams, didn't watch the rest of it).
Dragon Ball Z (complete series, and boy oh boy was that ever long).

Voltron, the New Adventures of: a bunch of episodes from this version of GoLion
Eagle Riders: one episode from this version of Science Ninja Team Gatchaman
Sailor Moon: a few disconnected episodes
Pokémon: various disconnected episodes, mostly from the Kanto season(s), but a few from the Orange Islands and Johto seasons
Naruto: a bunch of episodes that my dorm neighbor watched (not very interested in more)
Bleach: one episode (and I'm not interested in anymore)
Neon Genesis Evangelion: full 26 episodes (which I liked a lot, making NGE my current favorite animé), and the movie End Of (which I didn't like at all)
Magic Knight Rayearth: episodes 1, 20, 26
Noir: episode 1 (want to see more)
Kiddy Grade: episode 1 (and I haven't decided if I want more, because Lumiere creeps me out, and because the fanservice is a bit blatant for my taste)

I recently watching K-On! (Fantastic anime, I highly recommend that any fans of Azumanga Daioh watch it.)
And I joined an anime club at my uni, so there i have started watching Yozakura Quartet, and a couple of other things that I can't remember the names of.

Well, in the year since my last post, I finished those two that I'd started, and I also got into a graduate program and joined the animé club here at this school. Which has probably led to more watching than I'd otherwise have done.

I also got a MyAnimeList account. My profile is here, and my list is here.

Anything without episode designations (of how much I've seen) means that I've seen some undetermined number of them.

The only real highlight is that I discovered Stratos 4, and through MAL, discovered Rocket Girls and Sky Girls. Then someone else found me talking about them and recommended Stellvia to me. That explains all the stories of girls taking to the skies.
