I currently have the manga(library!) but I don't like it.

It is kinda... weird. Well, maybe insane is a better word. But that's probably why I love it; it's so unique. And the art style and page layout is really cool. The anime's slightly less scary and the voice acting (english and jap) is very well done. There's only one problem with FLCL and that's that not enough people love  it.
