I tweaked Tale of the Cave's layout to remove the single table used for the basic-basic layout (two column), and replaced it with a few divs instead. Ostensibly, this was for a more "Web 2.0" layout.
The only visible change is that the main content is a few pixels lower than it was, for reasons I cannot fathom. And, in terms of coding, there is very little difference at all (since the table was basically two boxes).
So, basically, I just killed 25 minutes for no purpose. Yes, this is what I do with my time when not playing
Kingdom of Loathing and sporadically making comics.
Edit: As usual, fixing the bugs that appeared even
after I explicitly looked for
those exact bugs took longer than doing it in the first place. It is done now.
Edit 2: That other glitch was actually unrelated to this change. It's fixed anyway.
