I have to run to work soon, so I'll get back to you on what version of flash I have... but I just wanted to state that Firefox 3 is taking up even MORE of my CPU's resources Firefox 2 did (it hovers around 85-99%). And this is when I'm viewing sites like TOTC that shouldn't exactly strain the computer...
Edit: And yes, I clear my cache regularly.
