My first Comic
« on: October 08, 2008, 05:45:49 PM »
Well anyways, my first Sprite Comic, and I might upload them every day. I don't have a plot yet, but I'm not going to rethink or try, I will just do it. Wish me luck doing this comic.

Brutally honest opinion? It sucks.

The flow of the comics is disjointed, there's no humour (or drama, if that's what you were going for), and if I pretend that what you have is a plot, I feel like I want to gouge my brain out. Also, the "author as a character" trope is so far past its expiry date, the FDA is readying a task-force to oversee its removal.

The only bright side is that you're not using MS Paint.

I apologize if you're offended, but it had to be said.

Oh my.

Oh, my oh my oh my.

The typos and grammatical errors alone have knocked me "uncontionus."

And never EVER start a story if you truly don't have a plot idea yet.  Come up with something, don't start winging out sprites and having them fight each other for no reason.

I just don't know any purpose and I have no other jobs, but I like doing Comics just for fun.

No no, you don't have to have any purpose. However, your comic does.

That doesn't really count, since the plot is written by the readers, y'know?  This didn't have that option.

And yeah, I love that comic.
