In a nutshell, if anyone, for any reason, is interested in possibly changing their shape from either "I" or "O" to "V" or something in between, post your requests here and I'll create a simple workout for you.

Things I need to know:

Activity level:
Physical condition:
Health:
Injuries or ailments:
Physical goals:

Are you a physical trainer or something? What are your credentials? Can you do any other letters, like F or T? Or Q, which I guess would entail growing a tail.
Anyway, I'm extremely tempted to lie, but honestly why should I go to you over say... someone who can whip me into shape locally?

i would assume that since he is starting a thread like this that he is in some way a trainer,

this sounds intresting, even though i dont need any excersize whatsoever (yay high matabalism! ((sp?)) )

Well then, Mr. Trainer, can you give me some advice on how I could regain my HP on a daily basis by working out?
Or you know, a workout plan for an average guy like say, yourself?

um i know i play allot of video games but i dont think even OwD can help you with that, and no not because  your free OwD >.>(crap gotta think of an excuse)

also i guess i'll fill that list thing out considering i have next to no attention span which inhibits me from creating a workout plan

now i know my age is gonna factor in here somewhere so if you dont already know it's 17

Activity level: medium - low
Physical condition: low stamina, weak upperbody (in the sense that i can barly bench press 55)
Health: good (for a gamer, surprise!)
Injuries or ailments: none
Physical goals: i want to be able to keep up with my friends so, to be able to lift my own weight and to run the 800 without walking

now i know i always do something wrong so i'm saying "sorry" ahead of time, well... now i'll have a reason to use the weight room card for my high school

Activity level: I walk to and from school, and I do 20 sit ups every day, plus 10 sets of Japanese like radio exercises.
Physical condition: Uh. I'm squishy?
Health: Normal ish
Injuries or ailments: Ass-mar. (Asthma for people who haven't read Lord Of The Flies)
Physical goals: Lose my tummy >_> and arm flab.
