Many Years Before (I forgot how long it was :S I'll check it in the rp and then fix it in a moment xD)
"M'lady Milena. I bear grave news." The messenger screamed as he thrust his way through Milena's guards into her personal chambers.
"Yes Moxet?" Milena replied calmly, she was folding some clothes into a small wicker case.
"M'lady. The man who claims to be from the future, Dekentor. He plans on assassinating you tonight! He already has control over many of your servants an-" He was cut off by Milena's hand rising into the air.
"I'm aware of all of this. Show me your shoulder." Milena said, still calmly. She closed over her case and handed it to one of the guards. Moxet pulled down his sleeve slightly to reveal his shoulder.
"Your right shoulder." Milena said. Moxet fixed his tunic and revealed his right shoulder, there was a large white hand print covering it.
"So he controls you..." Milena began and then she turned to the door. "Weren't there two guards there?"
She spun back round again and saw a helmet spinning slowly on the floor until it stopped with a thud. Milena turned towards Moxet and fired a blast of magic at him, he spun through the air and crashed against the wall. She heard feet touching the ground behind her so she leapt away and turned to face the man behind her.
"Lady Milena. The Second Dark Lord." Dekentor said with a large smile. "Or at least, that's what you're supposed become."
He laughed maniacly and struck forward with his sword. It pierced Milena's stomach and poked through the other side. He held it there for a few seconds and then flung the body to the ground.
"Is she dead?" Dekentor spoke to Moxet. Moxet crawled across the ground and placed two fingers over Milena's neck.
"Y-yes sire. She is dead." Moxet spoke and he rose to his feet.
"Good, dispose of the body. I have some other matters to attend to..." And Dekentor left, Moxet couldn't place his finger on how he left. One moment he was there and then the next moment...It hurt his head to think about it and had hurt his eyes to watch.
And hour passed. Moxet cleared up most of the blood on the floor and proped Milena's body up against the same wall he had been thrown into.
"He's definately gone milady." He said, sitting on the end of the bed. Milena's eyelids rose and her eyes themselves revolved until they were in proper position. Then she pushed herself up off the ground and attempted to walk, she stumbled and began to fall but Moxet was quick and managed to reach her and prop her up against the bed.
"Milady, you've lost a lot of blood. You should rest..." He requested this despite knowing it to be useless, Milena would not listen.
"Hah, if you th-think this-s is ba-ad you sh-ould have see-seen me when I was a child. I fe-fe-fe-fe..." She stopped for a couple of seconds and then moved to sit on the bed itself.
"I fell from a cliff. That was a fun day. Broke every bone in my body." She smiled weakly.
"Miss are you a God!?"
"No, Moxet. I'm just an immortal. I can't be killed as far as I know...I'm sure it's possible but..." She moved slightly and there were several cracking noises. "... I've yet to find out how I can die. A fact that I'm happy about."
Moxet rose and walked towards the door.
"Good night m'lady. Your case is lying below the window if you still plan on leaving."
"I must Moxet. Dekentor called me a Dark Lord. I must run. I don't want to become one of them..."
Milena's blonde hair glistened in the moonlight as she looked upon all that was hers. The entire main continent crumbled beneath her firm grasp. She watched as her armies marched forward to take her final position, the port town of Kiris. There were humans, elves, dwarves and many other species in her great army, she also prided herself in having recruited several Free Magic creatures. Creatures that emitted empty magic that was easy to be used, they traveled amongst the battalions of Mages and helped power their magic.
Then, the army stopped. Something was blocking them. Milena frowned and growled under her breath, flicking the faceplate of her helmet so that it covered her eyes and nose. She left to fight against the four warriors who had impeded her entire might army. Now was the time to end this...
"Give up Dark Lord!" The young, over confident male voice shouted. He had yet to see the true horrors of the world.
"Never, I am immortal you fools. Everything you do to me is just tiring yourself out!" Milena hissed and she began to laugh her high pitched laugh, which despite sounding silly still managed to strike fear into her opponents.
"You leave us no choice!" This time the voice was female, Milena had not noticed she was here. She was standing in the shadows of the trees and had a small stone container covered in glowing magical symbols.
"Hah, Rose, my own daughter turning against me?" Milena laughed louder this time but she knew her fear penetrated it this time. She saw the four warriors holding their weapons harder. "But you know my ability. You can't kill me."
"That is so mother. But we can DO THIS!" Rose's hands pulled the stone container opened and her hands began to draw runes in the air and fire them towards Milena. Milena did not know what the symbols hurling towards her could do but she knew not to underestimate her own daughter and so attempted to flee. One of the four warriors fired an arrow which struck her leg as she fled, sinking deeply between two plates of the armour. Then she felt her soul being sucked from her body. Forced into the container. And she screamed. A banshee liked scream that caused each of the four warriors to fall to the ground and clutch their ears. Then the box shut. Milena's body fell lifelessly to the ground.
Rose hid the box deep within a maze (Screw you, I can't spell Labirynth xD) ontop of a mountain. She cast her strongest runes on the area but knew that there was only one way to keep the box from ever being opened. A sacrifice. The blade sliced cleanly into her own wrists and runes flowed in the blood, spreading and consuming the maze. Protecting it from almost anything. Hell, you could probably drop a castle on it and it'd be okay...
Milena rose from her troubled slumber and tried to fully wake up. She leapt from her bed and put on her Dark Lord armour before looking from the window. The moonlight flickered from the plateu (Sp?) below. She saw a glimmer of red in the sky which was growing larger and larger. Marissa had arrived.
