A friend of mine who doesn't work for nintendo linked me to an illicit rip of Braw's music he found on the wild frontiers of the internets. I am downloading it (and willingly breaking the law for your sakes), and let me tell you this:

This is what god must sound like.

I'd always thought God sounds like this.  That sounds more like the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

Edit:  And for anyone who hates me for that, I'm sorry. =P

Being Rickroll'd too often should be another reason to excuse terrorism, alongside "The President dared me to" and "My friends were playing too many MMORPGs."

And if you get that second reference, good job.  You win a tomahto.

Edit:  Oh, c'mon, you're no fun.  Way to kill the roll. =P

AND IT'S OUT!

It was a bit easy to get all the characters and stages, but nonetheless this game is REALLY AWESOME.

A lot of the Veterans have been changed in some form or way.
-Mario of course has F.L.U.D.D. instead of the Mario Tornado, but F.L.U.D.D. is hard to use and pretty useless.
-Luigi's Shy Kick Taunt does very little damage still but has extreme knockback, the knockback of it is actually reduced the more damage your enemie has.
-Peach appears to be nerfed a bit, lower power and less impressive recovery.
-Bowser's Koopa Klaw is, as mentioned on the site, replaced by Flying Slam, in which he jumps into the air with the opponent and slams them, he also moves and attacks a little faster.
-Link's changes are on the site, his Boomerang now brings opponents closer on the way back, but this has only helped Link's opponents in the cases I've seen it used.
-Zelda's Farore's Wind also hurts enemies where she reappears as well.
-Ganondorf's moves have been changed a bit, his side special has him pick up the opponent and basically blow them up instead of uppercutting them. His standard special has a new animation and due to the slightly slower pace of Brawl compared to Melee, he's easier to use due to it being easier to land his hits.
-Young Link is basically now Toon Link, who's arrows are charged faster and go much, much farther easily. His Aerial Down Smash causes him to plummet really fast, also, he gets out his sword immediantly after pressing it. Like Link he can charged his Spin Attack.
-Kirby's Aerial Hammer Swing now longer spins in a circle but rathers does two faster regular (as in on the ground version) Hammer Swings. The Hammer Swings are also a bit faster. He can inhale items such as food and eat them or in some cases use them.
-Samus of course can changed into Zero Suit Samus, her Super Missile looks like it does in the games.
-The Ice Climbers can both hold on to the same ledge at the same time.
-Falco kicks his Reflector, which is very useful, his Blaster Shots are now blue, his Falco Phantasm meteor smashes and his Fire Bird burns up those who touches it when it's being charged up.
-Captain Falco can turn around after starting his Falcon Punch, his Raptor Dive also makes a "KEEER" sound like the Home-Run Bat, even if it doesn't hit.
-Marth's Shield Breaker is a straight pierce rather than a large slash, his Dance of Blades has less of a gap between pressing the buttons for the combo to work.
-Ness' PK Flash has a MUCH coolor looking effect and is slightly easier to control.
-Mr. Game & Watch can use his Parachute to float downwards.

My comments on the Newcomers (SPOILERS)
-Lucas is better than Ness in every, single, way.
-Ike can very, VERY easily KO people at low damages.
-R.O.B. is awesome ^.^
-Wolf is a tad on the overpowered side, but not too much.
-Dedede's Super Dedede Jump is very useful, but hard to control, accidentally tap the wrong direction and Dedede will Super Jump off the stage. His Jet Hammer is hard to use and his Inhale is only useful for either A. Spitting opponents off the side of the screen or B. Sacrificing himself to destroy the enemy inside.
-Meta Knight can rack up damage on his opponents pretty easily, but he has nearly no finishers, so while it's easily to get the damage high it's tough to actually get rid of them.
-Sonic is very fast (duh) but surprisingly isn't TOO hard to control, this goes for pretty much all the fast characters.
-Snake isn't extremely powerful but is definently more on the power side.
-Haven't played much of Pit but his extra jumps (everything besides the initial one) don't really go much anywhere, so it makes up for it by giving Pit more than two jumps. I haven't found any use for the Mirror Shield because his Angel Ring can reflect.
-Wario's Up Special is damn near useless besides recovery. His Wario Waft is extremely useful because it's only useful when saved up for awhile, this makes enemies forget you have and thus it catches them off guard, perfect for finishing.
-Olimar can be useful but he's a bit tough to get used too.
-I don't like playing PKMN Trainer much.
-Haven't played more than a few matches with Lucario.

Well, I finally got SSBB the other day. I'm impressed, though I haven't dedicated much time to playing it and I've barely scratched the surface.

I have a dumb question though- I tried playing against someone I know online, and while the speed was tolerable, the lag is really really annoying. Course I'm up in Canada and they're in the southern United States. Is there any way to improve the lag? I mean I don't see any reason why you would be able to improve the speed, but just in case there is...

Edit: Nevermind, it's resolved. I have a very skippy internet connection, so I'd have to fix that. And that's a whole other can of worms. :/

@interrobang: I was reading something the other day. Apparently the bad lag is becoming a widespread issue with the Wii and it seems to be Nintendo being lazy and not providing some sort of dedicated server for users.

They seem to have done something to the lag since EU launch though. Matches are laggy as hell when they start up but after about 10 seconds it speeds up to normal pace.
That's what I've seen in my friends matches with people from America (and a person from Greece) anyway, playing With Anyone is still super-laggy, but I blame people with bad connections that try to play on that.
